Warm salutations everyone! My name is Nompumelelo Success Moyo but most people call me Lelo.

Beginnings are hard and introductions can be so daunting so you can imagine the field day my nerves are having right now!

I am many things but one thing that I am most passionate about is engaging people in interesting and realistic conversations.

The title of my blog or newsletter is “Metanoia” and if you research this word you find that it represents transformation. As people we spend so much energy on various stresses and things that sometimes we abandon our own development, healing and self transformation in all that hustle and bustle of life.

So in essence, this newsletter (or blog) is centred around conversations and topics that will ignite you to transform be it mentally, psychologically or physically.
